Sacred Illusions

Published February 14, 2013 by Virgo293

The gaze that fills you up with warmth, encompassing everlasting purity,

The magic of those rare words, that come in your life as a detour,

The colours that the world claims to be nothing but perceptions,

The bliss that comes in, just with the thought of togetherness…

Togetherness of two souls, or a soul with its own consciousness,

That adds endless beauty to the universe around.

I do not know if this is a vision of ignorance or that bearing innocence,

I believe though, that I’m blessed with the power of both.

Nature indeed has carved this blessing for a purpose.

And as with each passing day, new strings attach themselves to this unending discovery,

My convictions to forgo logic strengthen up and carry me to perhaps the purest form of faith…

Reminding me to believe… some illusions best remain sacred !

(I hope this Valentine’s Day brings into your life this eternal blessing which people label to be love)
