*My Cell Phone *

Published October 16, 2012 by Virgo293

My grand Nokia 6303 seeps and sinks into a bucketful of water… I scream … I shout… I take it out… I open it… I dry it up… and worse of all… manage without it for a few hours… And bang… it is by my side again… fit and fine!

My cell phone fell into a bucket of water and it is still working!!!

Amazing, isn’t it?

And when this happened, I realized… the adoration, the respect and the affection that I had for my phone has gradually found its way to ture love…

Amidst the numerous snoozes that still managed to wake me up…

Amidst the various messages that it patiently stored for me when I angrily turned it off…

Amidst the umpteen conversations that it witnessed and still loyally remained silent about…

Amidst elaborate baseless talks and hours of pure ‘tafri’…

Amidst the beautiful friendships that were but a result of its innovative discovery…

Amidst the most cherished relationships facilitated by it…

Amidst my tears and confusions…

Amidst my smiles and giggles…

Amidst the encouragement it managed to get through me…

Amidst the comfort that it gave me, just by being there…

I never came to know when I fell for it…

And I fell for it big time!

And the best part is that… it is still there… And I love it all the more!!!

(This is perhaps the most personal note on this blog so far. I felt like sharing this little journey… after all love is something to be proudly announced… isn’t it? 😉

P.S. My Cell Phone is worth writing about anyways :))
